If you have limited time and looking for total body workout, why not try this kettlebell workout. Try this simple yet effective complex from NASM-certified personal trainer Jay Maryniak, who goes by JTM_Fit on Instagram. All you need is a heavy Kettlebell and some space.
You can start off with two single arm power snatches and then follow it up into 2 power cleans and then end it with 2 squat clean thrusters. As soon as you have finished all reps on one arm, then continue the same routine on the other arm with no rest in between arms
As soon as you finish the workout on both your arms, rest for 2 minute and start back doing the next set. Complete 6 sets for a killer full body strength workout
