The annual ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal® worldwide survey to determine industry trends by health fitness professionals is now in its 15th consecutive year. Over 4,300 health and fitness professional ranked 41 possible trends on a scale of 1 (least likely to be a trend) to 10 (most likely to be a trend).
