There were few newly included diets to the 2021 list which was the Noom Diet was tagged at 12 spots overall and was applauded for its behaviour change approach to weight loss.
Bottomline is that Mediterranean Diet is not restrictive in term of calories or comes with a rigid diet plan that makes it easier to follow and one of the safest diets in terms of side effects. But its not magic pills for those looking for short term weight loss results.
