Thanks to the understanding from the authorities, these indoor sports have finally been able to resume operations Monday (June 15). Specifically at the gym, various standard operating procedures (SOPs) have been drafted out and gym-goers need to strictly adhere to the regulations imposed.
Whichever the circumstances are operators and gym-goers need to follow as SOPs are meant for everyone to follow as part of health precautionary measures.
The SOP for fitness centres are :
1. Wearing a face mask when entering and after workout
2. Need to have body temperature checked by gym operators
3. Register your information with Mysejathera App
4. Wearing sport shoes
5. Sanitising gym equipment after using it
6. Bring your own towel
7. To use the gym, you need to book your slot 24 hours earlier and strictly no walk in.
8. Limited time in the gym
Before entering into the premises, always remember to adhere to the safety guidelines for the sake of everyone!!
