If you are looking to sweat it out while exercising outdoors, join us every Saturday for our bodyweight workout. Not only will you burn calories but it’s a workout that you can do anywhere as it does not need any equipment.
Our bodyweight workout session has a personal touch even though it’s a group workout. Our trainer will train you at your pace and make sure you do the movement correctly. The Bodyweight workout will include callisthenics and bodyweight exercise put together.
All you need is your yoga mat and you are good to go. You will not only have a good session but also make new friends along the way.
